Payment Policies

Payment must be received in full before a product is released.

Your payment method is encrypted and sealed when you check out. Credit card information is transmitted via secure socket layer (SSL) technology.

I, currently, only use Paypal to process my orders. This means I never see or store your credit card information. Paypal is able to process debit cards and credit cards. You do not need Paypal. You can check out on Paypal as a guest.

Communication Policies

In general, I attempt to respond to all email within 24 hours of time. 

Turn Around Time

Turn around time can vary depending on the level of personalization of the product.

Typically, once a project is complete, it takes about three weeks for you to receive your product. This time frame could be a week or two longer depending on the season.

All Christmas orders must be received by September 1 of that given year.

Orders Outside of the USA

Currently, international orders need to contact me to arrange for pricing and shipping charges before placing an order.

Sales Tax

I do not charge sales tax.

Shipping

Shipping is free within the USA.

Shipping Carrier

Your product will be shipped by FedEx within the USA. International carriers will vary.

Return and Refunds

Because of the custom nature of the product, I do not accept returns or provide refunds.

Will there be a watermark on the finished piece?

All canvases and prints carry my signature, but it does not have a logo watermark.

Can I copy images from your site?

No.

Can I share what you offer through social media?

Yes. You are free to link to my page. However, if you want to use my images or written words for more than just showing your friends something,  please see my Terms of Use Page.
